How to Get to Regigigas on Pokemon Platinum in the Temple

Regigigas is a legendary Pokemon found in the 2009 Nintendo DS role-playing game, "Pokemon Platinum." While you can still get to it in within Snowpoint Temple, it will have the appearance of a statue unless the correct Pokemon is in your party. This is the only way to awaken Regigigas from his slumber and battle him in the temple. Once you have defeated Regigigas, you will be able to add him to their party.

Instructions

  Play the game until you have completed the main storyline and defeated the Elite 4. Until you do this, you won't be allowed to enter Snowpoint Temple where Regigigas resides.

  Trade or import the three legendary Pokemon Regice, Registeel and Regirock from either "Pokemon Ruby," "Sapphire" or "Emerald." Without these Pokemon, Regigigas will not awaken.

  Place the three legendary Pokemon in your party, then travel north from Snowpoint City until you reach the temple. The Snowpoint City gym leader will arrive to intervene when you are told you cannot enter and give you access to the temple.

  Make your way through the temple and go down the ladders found on each floor to reach the bottom. Go to the center of the room and you will see Regigigas.
- 5
  Walk up to Regigigas and press the "A" button to awaken him. This only works if you have the three other "Regis" in your party. Lower Regigigas' health, then capture it with a pokeball.
