How to Make Dialga Join Your Team in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon

In the "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness" video game, the legendary Pokemon Dialga (driven insane and transformed into the monstrous Primal Dialga) serves as the final boss of the main storyline. After defeating it, Dialga reverts back to its original form and the credits roll. The game doesn't end there, however; as with the first "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon" game, there is a great deal that you can do after beating the main storyline, including getting the legendary Dialga to join your team.

Instructions

  Beat the main storyline by defeating Primal Dialga in Temporal Tower. Continue playing after the credits and epilogue.

  Speak to Lapras to bring you and your partner back to the Hidden Land. Cross the Hidden Land and continue on to Temporal Tower and the Temporal Tower Summit.

  Fight and defeat Dialga, making sure that the leader of your team deals the final blow while directly next to it. Say "Yes" when the game asks if you want to recruit Dialga; there is a 100-percent chance of recruitment on your second encounter as long as you meet these conditions.
