How to Use a Modifier on Pokemon SoulSilver

You can modify several aspects of "Pokemon SoulSilver" using an Action Replay hacking device. The most common aspect that is modified is the type of Wild Pokemon that appear in the grass. Using the correct code, you can make any Pokemon appear in the wild in order to have an easier time capturing it. There are several codes for the Action Replay available online. Note that using an Action Replay to modify your game could corrupt your save file.

     Open the cartridge slot of your Action Replay and push the "Pokemon SoulSilver" cartridge into the Action Replay.

     Insert the Action Replay with the "Pokemon SoulSilver" cartridge into the Nintendo DS.
