How to Find HM Removal Guy in Diamond

"Pokemon Diamond" features dozens of powerful and useful moves, called TMs and HMs, which you can teach to your team. Once you teach a Pokemon a move, it cannot unlearn the move on its own. If a move that you taught to a Pokemon is not working well, you can take the Pokemon to Canalave City. There, the Move Deleter will erase any move you want, allowing you to teach your Pokemon a new one.

Instructions

  Head to Jubilife City, which is south of Floaroma Town and north of Sandgem Town. Travel west as far as you can go on Route 218 to reach the entrance to Canalave City.

  Save your game. Continue west until you reach a bridge in the middle of the city. Your rival will challenge you here; defeat him to move forward.

  Walk until you reach the Poke Mart, and then head south. Enter the first house to the south of the Poke Mart. The old man inside is the Move Deleter.

  Talk to the Move Deleter. He will offer to delete any moves you want for free. Show him the desired Pokemon, and select a move to erase. You can erase as many moves as you want.
