How to Trade With People You Don't Know in Pokemon Diamond

"Pokemon Diamond" is a part of the fourth-generation of Pokemon games which also includes "Pokemon Pearl," "Pokemon Platinum," "Pokemon HeartGold" and "Pokemon SoulSilver." One of the aspects of the fourth-generation that sets it apart from previous generations is the ability to trade and battle online with strangers. Although you cannot talk to them for safety reasons, you can still trade Pokemon via the Wi-Fi club. To trade with people you don't know, you'll need a wireless connection.

     Travel to the Pokemon Center in any city. Go downstairs to the Wi-Fi level.

     Talk to the central attendant and select "Yes" when she asks if you would like to enter the Wi-Fi club. Save your game and enter the room.

     Go up to any person in the room and press "A." Select "Trade" to begin trading.

     Select your Pokemon and wait for the other person to select their Pokemon. If you are fine with the trade, select "Confirm." If not, select "Cancel." Once you press "Confirm," the trade will occur.
