How to Get More Battle Tower Points

Once you defeat the Pokemon League, you will gain access to multiple new areas. The Battle Zone, where the Battle Tower is located, is one new area you will explore. At the Battle Tower, you will choose three Pokemon to fight in single or double battles. The objective is to battle and defeat as many trainers as you can. Battling in the Battle Tower will earn you Battle Tower Points (BP). The more battles you fight, the more BP you will earn.

Instructions

  Beat the eight Sinnoh gym leaders to obtain the eight gym badges. Travel through Victory Road until you reach the Pokemon League. Defeat the Elite Four and Cynthia, the Pokemon League Champion.

  Use "Fly" (HM02) to travel to Snowpoint City. Head directly north until you come across a sailor in front of the entrance of a boat. Talk to the Sailor and accept his offer to take you to the Battle Zone. Travel to the Battle Zone, which is east of the Fight Zone. Head north in the Battle Zone to find the Battle Tower.

  Choose three Pokemon that aren't banned from the Battle Tower. Each time you fight one set of seven trainers, you will receive BP. The more sets you complete, the more BP you will get for the next set. For example, you will get a total of 6BP for the first two sets of trainers. You will get eight BP for the third and fourth sets of trainers.

  Make the Pokemon that fight in the Battle Tower catch Pokerus, a disease. Pokerus doubles the amount of EVs your will Pokemon receive after a battle. EVs are what increases your Pokemon's stats. If your Pokemon have very high stats, you will defeat trainers in the Battle Tower faster, gaining you more BP in less time.

  Beat the first, second and third sets of trainers only. You will earn a total of six BP for the first, second and third sets and you will get 20 BP for completing the Tower Tycoon. Quit the Battle Tower after the 21st battle, because it will become very difficult to defeat the trainers.
