List of Dinosaurs in the Dinosaur King Game

In Sega's video game "Dinosaur King" for the Nintendo DS, you travel the world looking for and digging up fossils of a huge number of dinosaurs. These fossils can be located on five different continents. Once you know where to look, you can pick and choose your favorites to track down for use in battle.
  1. Europe

    • In the North Euro Plain, North Mine, North Dig Site and Old South Coal Mine, you dig up Dacentrurus, Iguanadon, Neovenator, Eustreptospondylus and Liliensternus with the basic white drill and radar. Uncover the fossils of Baryonyx, Ampelosaurus, Dacentrurus, Iguanodon, Allosaurus and Neovenator on the South Euro Plain, again using the basic drill and radar.

    Asia

    • With the yellow radar and drill, head to the South Gobi Plain to find Tarbosaurus, Opisthocoelicaudia, Wuerhosaurus, Talasaurus, Monolophosaurus and Dilophosaurus; Tsintaosaurus is buried in the same location, but can only be found with the red radar. In Darkwood Forest, you'll find Tarbosaurus, Opisthocoelicaudia, Wuerhosaurus, Monolophosaurus and Dilophosaurus with the yellow radar, while you can find Siamotyrannus and Sorolophus with the red radar and drill. On the East Gobi Plain, use the red radar to find Siamotyrannus and Saichania, and the yellow radar for Wuerhosaurus, Iguanodon, Dilophosaurus, Monolophosaurus and Shantungosaurus. In the Wanderwood Forest, you'll find Tarbosaurus, Rajasaurus, Alioramus, Shunosaurus, Wuerhosaurus and Monolophosaurus with the yellow radar, and Ceratosaurus with the red.

    North America

    • Find Torvosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus, Gorgosaurus, Camarasaurus and Chasmosaurus in the West Dust Hills with the orange radar and drill, and return with the red drill to uncover Styracosaurus. At the Alpha Gang Depot, you'll find Acrocanthosaurus, Camarasaurus, Eucentrosaurus, Stegosaurus, Edmontonia, Nodosaurus and Gojirasaurus with the orange drill and radar. At the South Dust Hills, dig up Acrocanthosaurus, Gorgosaurus, Camarasaurus, Pachyrhinosaurus, Torosaurus, Eucentrosaurus and Einiosaurus using the orange drill. Using the orange drill at the Alpha Gang Base helps you find Camarasaurus, Brachyceratops, Euoplocephalus, Lembeosaurus, Maiasaura and Gojirasaurus. In the East Dust Hills, the red radar and drill allow you to find Tyrannosaurus, while with the orange you'll locate Acrocanthosaurus, Gorgosaurus, Camarasaurus, Anchiceratops, Arrhinoceratops, Ankylosaurus and Sauropelta. Finally, at the Alpha Secret Base, you'll uncover Acrocanthosaurus, Gorgosaurus, Camarasaurus, Monoclonius and Dilophosaurus with the orange radar, and Pentaceratops with the red radar.

    Antarctica

    • Antarctica's only dig site, Polar Point, has six different dinosaurs for you to uncover. Using the orange radar, find Gigantosaurus, Amargasaurus, Saltasaurus and Muttaburrasaurus. With the white radar, you will find Iguanadon fossils.

    Africa

    • Africa has only two dig sites: the Kalimba Desert and the Alpha Fortress. At both sites, you will need to use the red radar to find fossils. Locate Carcharodontosaurus, Spinosaurus, Suchomimus, Jobaria, Kentrosaurus, Allosaurus and Ouranosaurus at the Kalimba Desert. In the Alpha Fortress, you will find Amargasaurus, Suchomimus, Kentrosaurus, Ouranosaurus, Ceratosaurus, Allosaurus and Deltadromeus.

    Gifts from Dino Man

    • Head to Euro Town to talk to Dino Man. After finding 10 dinosaur fossils, he will give you an Alioramus. For 20, you'll receive Edmontonia, and for 30, he will give you an Iguanodon. You will get an Euoplocelophaus for 45 dinosaurs, and a Mapusaurus once you've found 55. When you find all 72 regular fossils, he'll give you Eoraptor Lunensis.

    Wi-Fi Connection

    • Connect to the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection 50 times to receive a free Megaraptor.
