Regice
Go to the nearest Pokemon Center. Turn on the PC inside it and select "Withdraw Pokemon." Choose the storage box number by pressing the left and right directional keys at the top of the screen; select Regigigas to put it in your party.
Travel to Mount Coronet, located to the right of Route 216. Enter the hole in the wall next to the Route 216 exit.
Step on each circular floor tile. When you step on the last one, an earthquake will occur. Walk up to the statue at the back of the cave and press "A" to encounter the level 30 Regice.
Battle Regice and lower its hitpoints into the critical red zone. Throw a strong Poke Ball, such as an Ultra Ball, Timer Ball or Dusk Ball, to capture it. If it breaks free, continue throwing Poke Balls until it is captured.
Regirock
Press "Start" to bring up the in-game menu and open your Key Items bag. Select your bicycle and press "B" to ride in second gear. Ride your bicycle to the sand-covered Route 228, located to the east of Stark Mountain.
Head north and enter the Rock Peak Ruins, a special cave located at the northernmost end of Route 228.
Walk over all the glowing tiles on the floor of the Rock Peak Ruins. Approach the statue at the back of the cave and press "A" to battle the level 30 Regirock.
Weaken Regirock by using super-effective Water- or Grass-type attack moves. Throw a Poke Ball at it to catch it. If it breaks free, continue throwing Poke Balls until it is captured.
Registeel
Take a ferry from Canalave City and travel to Iron Island. Walk through the island until you reach the final room. Enter the hole in the wall to the north of the exit.
Step on all of the glowing tiles on the floor and press "A" to examine the statue at the back of the cavern. You will encounter a level 30 Registeel.
Battle Registeel and lower its hitpoints into the red zone. Throw a Poke Ball to catch it. If it breaks free, continue throwing Poke Balls until it is captured.
