How to Get Rayquaza as a Starter Pokemon

Rayquaza is the legendary Pokemon available for you to catch in "Pokemon Emerald." As it is not available in "Pokemon Black" or "Pokemon White," you will need to use an Action Replay cheating device to play through the game with Rayquaza as your starter. Thankfully, there are several codes that allow you to replace your starting Pokemon with any Pokemon you wish. The codes depend on which version of the game you are playing.

Instructions

  Place the "Pokemon Black" or "Pokemon White" game card into the Action Replay.

  Place the Action Replay into the DS card slot on the top of your Nintendo DS.

  Press the "Power" button to turn on the system.
