The Easiest Way to Get Feebas on Pokemon Diamond

Feebas is an ultra-rare water Pokemon found in Pokemon games. He evolves into Milotic when traded with a Prism Scale or by increasing his beauty. There is only one area in the game where Feebas can be captured, and finding him in Diamond is difficult because the specific tiles where he generates change every in-game day. The easiest way to get him in Diamond is to capture him in Pokemon Ruby then transfer him via Pal Park.

  Insert Pokemon Ruby into the GBA slot of your Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS Lite and defeat Norman, the gym leader in Petalburg City, before speaking to Waly's Father to obtain HM03 ("Surf"). Where Feebas in Pokemon Diamond generates on only four random tiles (which change after every in-game day), he can be found in Pokemon Ruby on six tiles that do not change unless you request it.

  Go to Mauville City and enter the bike shop.

  Talk to the bicycle shop's owner. He will give you a list of bicycles to choose from. Use the directional pad to select the "Acro Bike" and press the "A" button.

  Defeat all the other gym leaders and obtain the eight badges in order to unlock random battles with Feebas.

  Return to Mauville City and select your Pokemon with the "Surf" skill from the game menu. Press the "A" button and go left along the stream to find Route 118.

  Speak to the fisherman on the shore and he will give you the "Good Rod."

  Go to Fortree City and use "Surf" again to float west down the river. This will take you to Route 119. Use your Acro Bike to jump over any rocks.

  Enter the game menu, go to "Items," hover over your fishing rod and select "Use" to fish. Fish with the Good Rod on every tile in Route 119 until you find Feebas. Feebas' location is randomized and he appears on six screen tiles.

  Return to Dewford and exchange information at Dewford Hall if you are not having any luck finding Feebas. This will switch around the Route 119 tiles where Feebas can be found.

  Injure Feebas when you find him, capture him using a Pokeball and save your Pokemon Ruby game.

  Switch to Pokemon Diamond and beat the Elite Four. This will allow you to use Pal Park on Route 221.

  Go to the ocean and walk around until you encounter Feebas. Throw a Pal Park Pokeball (given to you when you enter the park) to instantly catch him. You will now have Feebas in Pokemon Diamond.
