How Do I Wake the Sleeping Pokemon in Soul Silver?

After you complete the Johto region in "Pokemon SoulSilver," you board the SS Aqua and head for the Kanto region. Once in Kanto, you learn of a power outage at the Kanto Power Plant that affects the Radio Station. On your way to visit the Power Plant, you discover a sleeping Snorlax blocking the road, forcing you to take another route. The Pokemon is also blocking a cave entrance that leads to Pewter City. Once you restore the power at the plant, focus on waking this Snorlax to move it out of the way.

  Exit the Power Plant after the workmen restore the power.

  Fly to Lavender Town, south of the Power Plant.

  Enter the Radio Station building on the north end of town. The staff are rejoicing that the power has returned.

  Talk to the radio station director, the man with the brown hat. He'll give you a EXPN Card that adds radio channels to your Pokegear. Now you can listen to Kanto radio broadcasts.

  Fly to Vermillion City and walk west from the city, along Route 11, back to the sleeping Snorlax.

  Press the "Pokegear" button on your touchpad. Touch the "Radio Card" icon to listen to Kanto broadcasts.

  Drag the station selector dot with your stylus to the top-center of the signal screen until it says "Poke Flute." The Snorlax wakes and a battle begins immediately. At the conclusion of the battle, the Snorlax is gone, leaving the route and cave entrance clear.
