How to Get Expansion Cards in Pokemon SoulSilver

"Pokemon SoulSilver" is a 4th-generation Pokemon video game released in 2010 for the Nintendo DS as a remake of the original "Pokemon Silver" (2000, Game Boy Color). It takes place in the Johto region and charges the player with becoming the best Pokemon trainer ever. This is accomplished by capturing and raising Pokemon, as well as defeating other trainers. Featured in "Pokemon SoulSilver" is one expansion card: the Radio Expansion card. It can be obtained in Lavender Town. It allows you to tune into the radio stations being broadcast from Goldenrod's Radio Tower.

Instructions

  Visit the Power Plant by heading east from Cerulean City and then surfing from the end of Route 9.

  Speak to the fat man inside the Power Plant. He'll tell you that he's upset because someone stole an important Machine Part.

  Return to Cerulean City and visit Misty's Gym. The individual who stole the Machine Part will accidentally bump into you and then make a quick escape.

  Walk to the top left of the pool and use the A button to locate the Machine Part. Return to the Power Plant and give it back to the fat guy.

  Travel to Lavender City and visit the Radio Tower. Speak to the Radio Director. He'll thank you for fixing the Power Plant situation by giving you the Radio Expansion card.
