How to Turn Zero Gear to Dual Keyblade in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days

Since his first appearance in "Kingdom Hearts 2," Roxas has been seen dual-wielding the keyblades known as Oathkeeper and Oblivion, the keyblades commonly associated with Sora and Riku, respectively. In "Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days," you can make Roxas take up these keyblades in Mission Mode by using Zero Gear, one of the most powerful weapons in the game. Most weapons simply get higher stats when you add link units to them, but Zero Gear completely changes form depending on which units you link to it.

Instructions

    • 1

Buy the Zero Gear keyblade from the Moogle Shop once you have completed the main storyline. It costs 30,000 Heart Points.

    • 2

Equip the Zero Gear to Roxas. Link three Ability Units to the Zero Gear as you would with any other weapon. If you don't have extra Ability Units, you can buy more of them from the Moogle Shop for 360 Heart Points.

    • 3

Save your game, then go to the Title Screen after you have linked the three Ability Units. Use the "Title Screen" option in the in-game options menu and click "Yes" to confirm that you want to go back to the Title Screen.

    • 4

Tap the "Mission Mode" option at the title screen, then tap the "Solo" option. Load the game data you just saved. Select Roxas from the "Character Select" screen. When his profile loads, he will be dual-wielding Oathkeeper and Oblivion.
