How to Find Steven in Meteor Falls on Pokémon Ruby

Steven is the Hoenn champion in "Pokemon Ruby" and as such, the last trainer to battle in the game. After you have defeated the Elite 4, you will need to travel to the waterfall in Meteor Falls to confront this champion. After he is defeated, the game will put your Pokemon in the hall of fame. If you have not defeated the Elite 4, Steven will not be in the cave location behind the waterfall.

     Travel up the waterfall at the northern edge of Meteor Falls using HM Surf.

     Go down the hole in the chamber behind the waterfall in Meteor Falls.

   • 3

     Take the west ladder instead of the northern one.

   • 4

     Climb down and follow the tunnel to the very end. This is where you will find Steven.
