How Do I Teach Snorlax to Self-Destruct?

Snorlax is a sleepy gentle giant with impressive hit points and a strong attack, but many players want to customize its itinerary with more than elemental punches. Teaching Self-Destruct gives this hard-hitting Pokemon a massive final blow to finish off any opponent. While move rosters are typically set through most games in the Pokemon franchise, "Gale of Darkness" for GameCube offers the unique and often overlooked opportunity to teach new tricks.

     Progress normally through your game until you reach Citadark Isle. Self-Destruct will not be an option until your game has reached this point in the plot.

     Travel to Agate Village and locate the Move Tutor in a cave west of the village.

     Speak with the Move Tutor. Select "Snorlax" and "Self-Destruct."
