How to Get Dialga on Your Team in Explorers of Sky
"Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky" is a dungeon crawler game set in the Pokemon universe. You have the opportunity to recruit other Pokemon into your team in chapter four. There are many powerful creatures that can be added to your roster, one of them being the last boss of the game, Dialga. However, like other Pokemon, Dialga can only be recruited after finishing the main quest.
Instructions

Beat the game once.

Head to the Temporal Tower Summit and fight Dialga.

Have your team leader land the final blow to defeat Dialga. This will recruit him into your team.
