How to Trade Digimon in Digimon World Dawn

"Digimon World: Dawn" and "Digimon World: Dusk" are Nintendo DS games centered around training and battling monsters. Some monsters are only available in each version of the game, requiring you to trade with a friend if you want to complete your collection. Trades are conducted through the Nintendo DS Wi-Fi or Infrared connection. If you are near another Nintendo DS system, you do not need to use Wi-Fi. You need to enter your friend's Friend Code to trade your Digimon characters.

Instructions

      Select "Add Friend Code" from the Start Menu. Add the Friend Code of the person with whom you will be trading. To view your own Friend Code, select "Confirm Friend Code."

      Start the game and go to the Access Counter in the Digi-Coliseum.

      Select "Digimon Matching With a Friend." Select your friend from the list.

      Select "Trade Digimon" from the next menu.

      Select the Digimon you wish to trade. You cannot trade Digimon that are currently in your party or in training.

      Confirm the trade with your friend and accept. The traded Digimon is added to your party.
