How to Speed Up Soul Silver

Several events in "Pokemon Soul Silver" are time-based, meaning they occur only at a certain point during the week or after you have taken a certain number of steps. You can speed up "Soul Silver" by changing the time on the Nintendo DS itself. Altering the time will not have any effect on your party, but it can alter the growth of any berries you currently have in your berry pots.

Instructions

      Remove any game cartridges from your Nintendo DS.

      Turn on the Nintendo DS and tap the screen, or press "A" to bypass the warning screen.

      Select the DS icon at the bottom of the screen and select the calendar/time icon.

      Select the clock icon to change the time or the calendar icon to change the date.

      Use the arrows to change the time or date and tap "Confirm." Select "Go Back," then "Quit" and "Yes." Restart the system and start the game normally.
