How to Get a Stone Axe in Sims 2 Castaways

Players take control of a virtual avatar called a Sim who has been stranded on a tropical island in "The Sims 2: Castaway" for the Nintendo DS. Your character must fight for survival by gathering supplies and building simple tools to make island life easier. One of the items your Sim needs to make is a stone axe so that he can chop down trees and use the wood for building other items that are crucial to his survival.

  Talk to Mrs. Weeder and complete the tasks she requests to unlock trading with her. Water her banana plant every day until it grows bananas to complete her first task, bring her pesticides for her plant from Dr. Feelgood to complete her second task and bring her a mango to complete the final task. This will unlock trading with Mrs. Weeder.

  Trade Mrs. Weeder for the plans to the axe head. She prefers hard-to-grow fruits like raspberries and watermelons when trading.

  Collect one stone and one flint once you have the plans and bring them to a crafting table to create the axe head.

  Talk to Suzy and complete her tasks to receive an axe handle. The axe handle is a prize for completing her fifth task, which is to bring her a flagpole. Collect two logs and one vine and craft the flagpole at a crafting table.

  Craft the stone axe at a crafting table by combining the axe handle and the axe head.
