How Do You Open the Gifts From the Witch Princess in Harvest Moon DS Cute

"Harvest Moon DS Cute" is the same game as the original "Harvest Moon DS" for the Nintendo DS, except you play as a female character instead of a male. As a girl you can make friends with both male and female characters in the game. Once a character feels strongly about you, she or he will give you presents on holidays and on your birthday. The Witch Princess will even give you presents when you befriend her.

Instructions

  Raise your hearts with the Witch Princess to at least a purple heart. She likes presents such as weeds and empty cans, which you can give to her everyday. Passing out while you work is another way to earn her affection, as is allowing your sick animals to die instead of caring for them.

  Stay in your house during the present giving festivals, like Thanksgiving. Only leave your home after each visitor comes and leaves. You will automatically open the door when the Witch Princess visits.

  Open your rucksack after the Witch Princess gives you her present. Select the present to open it. She will give you the same presents as everyone else in town, usually chocolates.
