How to Unlock Celebi in SoulSilver

In the "Pokemon SoulSilver" version, players can become a Pokemon champion by training Pokemon and defeating all the gym leaders and the members of the Elite Four. Whether you have completed the game or are currently in the process, capturing and training powerful Pokemon can increase your chances of winning battles. The rare and powerful grass and psychic-type Celebi has only been given to a few lucky players during a Nintendo-sponsored event. If you want your own Celebi, you will need to unlock this rare Pokemon using an Action Replay cartridge and a special code.

  Insert the Action Replay cartridge into your Nintendo DS device and attach your "Pokemon SoulSilver" game cartridge to the Action Replay.

  Turn on your Nintendo DS and scroll through the list of pre-loaded games until you see "Pokemon SoulSilver." Scroll up to the "New Code" option and press the "A" button on your Nintendo DS to select.

  Enter the code "94000130 fcff0000" (without the quotation marks) and press the "Start" button on your Nintendo DS to save the code and launch the game.

  Walk or fly to the nearest Pokemon Center. Enter the Pokemon Center and walk to the PC located on the far-right corner of the center.

  Face the PC and press the "A" button to access the computer. Select the "Withdraw Pokemon" option and open "Box 1." If you have entered the code correctly, Celebi should appear inside the box.
