First seen in "Pokemon: Pearl" and "Pokemon: Diamond," Lickilicky can also be found in "Pokemon: Soulsilver." Lickilicky is a Normal-type Pokemon that is obtainable only by evolving a Lickitung. Classified as the Licking Pokemon, Lickilicky are known for their long, drool-covered tongues. Being licked by a Lickilicky has been known to cause numbness. This creature has an extensive set of learnable moves and techniques including "Gyro Ball," "Slam," "Rollout" and of course "Lick."

Obtain a Lickitung in "Pokemon: SoulSilver." Lickitungs are found on Routes 44, 28 and 21. The Fuchsia City Safari Zone is an excellent place to capture a wild Lickitung.

Teach Lickitung the move "Rollout" when it reaches level 33. "Rollout" is a Rock-type attack that builds strength over five turns.

Level up Lickitung after it has learned the move "Rollout," and it will evolve into Lickilicky.
