How to Forget HM in Pokemon LeafGreen

Pokemon are powerful and often cute creatures that possess a wide range of abilities, each with its own specific purpose in battle. However, an individual Pokemon can only remember so many moves at a time. If your Pokemon cannot learn any new moves, you will need to help it forget one of its current moves before you can add a new one to its abilities list. This can be done by speaking with a specific in-game character, the Move Deleter.

Instructions

- 1
  Travel to Fuchsia City. This is the hometown of the Move Deleter.

  Speak with the Move Deleter in his small home and tell him you would like one of your Pokemon to forget a move.
- 3
  Select the Pokemon and the desired move. The Move Deleter can remove any ability from a Pokemon, so long as it is not the only ability the creature currently possesses.
- 4
  Confirm the action with the Move Deleter, and the ability will be forgotten. (This service is free of charge.)
