Cheats for the SoulSilver Action Replay Emulator

"Pokemon SoulSilver" and "Pokemon Heartgold" were released for the Nintendo DS handheld game console in 2010. Like most Nintendo games and all the other Pokemon games, "SoulSilver" and "Heartgold" games can be modified with the action replay emulator which plugs into the game console.
