How to Make That Guy in Bell Tower Make You Go in SoulSilver

Getting past the man at the entrance to the Bell Tower in "Pokemon SoulSilver" may seem like a lost cause. But don't give up. Once you finish the main storyline and defeat the Elite Four, you can find the key that gives you access to the Bell Tower and a chance to catch a level 70 legendary Pokemon. All you need to do is find the Rainbow Wing (sometimes called the Rainbow Feather), after which the man will let you enter the Bell Tower.

  Finish the main storyline by defeating the Elite Four. This will unlock the Rainbow Wing.

  Go to Pewter City and find the old man on top of a hill next to the Pokemon Center. Walk up to the old man and talk to him. He will give you the Rainbow Wing.

  Go to Ecruteak City and find the Dance Hall. Enter the building north of the Dance Hall, and you will encounter the man blocking the stairs. If you have the Rainbow Wing, he will let you pass to enter the Bell Tower.
