How Do I Catch Raikou and Entei in Soul Silver?

One hundred and fifty years prior to the events of "Pokemon: SoulSilver", the Brass Tower in Ecruteak City burnt down. Five legendary Pokemon resided there: three of them perished, while Lugia and Ho-oh fled. Later Ho-oh would return and resurrect Raikou and Entei and command them to wander the grasslands of Johto. In game, that's where a player can find and catch the legendary Pokemon Entei and Raikou: as random encounters in the wilds of Johto.

     Complete the Burned Tower level located in Ecruteak City, a city in the Johto region.

     Wander around grassy areas in Johto, encountering and fighting Wild Pokemon. Raikou and Entei both appear randomly in grassy areas as wild Pokemon.

   • 3

     Fight Raikou and Entei with your Pokemon, but do not kill them. As with any other wild Pokemon you want to catch, weaken them and then throw a Pokeball at them.
