How to WiFi Event in SoulSilver

Players can download special items and new content -- like access to new or game Pokémon areas -- by attending Wi-Fi events in "Pokémon SoulSilver." To access this, your Nintendo DS or DSi console must be able to connect to the Internet. Once the event item is in your game, it can be recovered from any Poké Mart.

Instructions

      Turn on your console and load "Pokémon SoulSilver." Scroll down to "Mystery Gift" on the main menu and select it.

      Select "Receive Gift" option and then "Get Via Nintendo WFC." Select "Yes" to confirm the action.

      Wait while the game searches for a gift. Select the "Yes" option when it appears to download the event to your game.

      Return to the main menu and select "Continue" to enter the game.

    • 5

      Go to a Poké Mart, found in most major towns in Kanto and Johto. Talk to the delivery man next to the counter to receive the event item.
