How to Get an Aipom Egg

An aipom is a type of Pokemon that is found in the Pokemon Diamond video game. The aipom is a purple monkey with a long tail that has a hand at the end. The aipom stands on the hand at the end of its tail and uses it to move swiftly through the trees. To get an aipom egg, you first have to catch a male and female aipom with honey bait traps. Once you have caught a mating pair of aipom, drop them off at day care and, within a few days, you will find an aipom egg.

  Go to Floaroma Town. Go to the northwest or top left corner of the screen and through a field of flowers to find a pair of trees or an entrance. Enter the trees to go to the garden. Purchase "sweet honey" from the man working in the garden. He will sell it for 100 Pokedollars.

  Leave the garden. Head east to Sinnoh by traveling to the right of the screen until you find a lone golden-leaved tree. Set a "honey trap" on the tree by pressing "A" to spread honey on it. Leave the tree for 12 game hours and find the other honey trees that are scattered around Sinnoh. The honey trees are the trees that have the yellow leaves.

  Save your game. Return to the first honey tree. If it is shaking side to side or rustling, select it by pressing "A." The faster or harder it is shaking, the better chance there is of you finding an aipom. Go to all the trees you baited with honey. If you don't find an aipom, reset your game and try again.

  Catch two aipom, one male and one female. Place them in the "Pokemon Day Care." Visit them every day and eventually there will be an aipom egg.
