How to Fight the Third Sage on Bowser's Inside Story

Talk to Chakron, the third sage, when he blocks your way to the Star Cure. He will be in his yoga position. Take the green pipe to leave Chakron, and continue on to the Dimble Woods.

Take an immediate right inside Dimble Woods. Use the airpipe to get over the barrier. Leave this area from the northeast and collect an Attack Piece.

Go to the Baroque's shop, then head north one screen to get a save block. Travel west from the save block to a Launch Fit. Jump up the platforms of the Launch Fit to exit to the north.

Use a blue shell to knock the "!" block and move a boulder. Cross the bridge to collect another Attack Piece.

Go back east to the save block, and then head north. Take the first right you can. Get another Attack Piece at the top of a set of steps. Go north one more screen, then east one screen for the next Attack Piece.

Go west, south, and then east one screen in each direction. This will bring you back to the save block. Travel north from the save block until you come across a bridge.

Take the bridge. Go north one screen, and then west to an "A" block. Take the Attack Piece from the "A" block. Take the lower left exit to get the next Attack Piece.

Go back to the Baroque's shop, and then walk west. If you have all six Attack Pieces, the Wiggler on the path will let you pass.

Jump through the opening in the wall beyond the Wiggler. Hit the "!" block, and Mario will be captured.

Jump to hit the "!" block that appears over Luigi's head. Follow Mario's capturer and fight the minions that appear along the way. Take the bottom left pathway. Beat the Sockop here then climb the platforms to collect another Attack Piece.

Walk Luigi across the briar patches to collect two more Attack Pieces. Since Luigi is protected with the skin of the Sockop he defeated, he will be able to walk on the spikes.

Walk up to Mario, who is arguing with Sockops over an Attack Piece. Defeat the three Sockops, and collect the last Attack Piece.

Return to Chakron and hit him with the Snack Basket special attack. This will knock him over and reveal the third Star Cure.
