How Do I Catch Gible in Wayward Cave in Pokemon Diamond?

In "Pokemon Diamond," you can find some Pokemon almost anywhere, while others are so rare that you may never catch a glimpse of them. The Dragon and Ground-type Pokemon, Gible, prefers its privacy and is only found at the bottom of Wayward Cave. As a young Pokemon, Gible may not look very impressive. Raising one pays off, though, when Gible evolves into the mighty Garchomp. Capturing a Gible is fairly straightforward once you know exactly where to find one.

  Go to Eterna City and enter Cycling Road. You must remain on your bicycle while on this road.

  Head down the road as far as you are able to go. Turn right. Cut down the trees in your way and move forward onto Route 206.

  Ignore the first cave entrance you see and keep walking north. Walk under the left side of the bridge to go through the hidden entrance and enter the Wayward Cave basement.

  Use the "Flash" move to light the cave. Walk around anywhere in the cave to trigger a random battle in which Gible may appear.

  Fight Gible with an Ice-type Pokemon. When Gible's health is low, throw a few Poke Balls at it. If you have Dusk Balls, throw them, as well. Dusk Balls have a higher capture rate than normal Poke Balls when you use them in caves.
