Digimon: Dawn: How to Evolve

Managing the strength of your Digimon is an important part of being a successful trainer in "Digimon World: Dawn." Digimon will grow in strength as they level up and, for many Digimon, they will have the opportunity to evolve, also known as Digivolve. Evolving will significantly increase the strength of your Digimon, but its change will only be temporary. The Digimon will stay in its evolved form until it is defeated or near defeat, at which point it will revert back to its original form.

Instructions

  Go to the Digifarm from the game's main hub. You will be presented with several options pertaining to your Digimon.

  Click "Digimon list." A list of your available Digimon will be displayed.

  Scroll through the list and find a Digimon you believe is strong enough to evolve. Criteria for evolving is largely based on the Digimon's current health and level.

  Click "Check Status" to view the individual properties of the Digimon.

  Click "Digivolution Route" to view the Digimon's various evolutionary forms.

  Press the "X" button to evolve the Digimon. An error message will be displayed on the screen notifying you the evolution process failed if your Digimon is not eligible for evolution.
