How to Evolve a Murkrow in Pokemon SoulSilver

In "Pokemon SoulSilver," your Pokemon creatures can evolve into new, more advanced species. Most Pokemon evolve after gaining enough experience points in battle to rise to a certain Level, but others --- such as Murkrow --- can only evolve through the use of special items. With the help of an item called a Dusk Stone, this Dark and Flying-type Pokemon can evolve at any time or Level.

Instructions

  Catch a Murkrow and put it in your party of six Pokemon that travel with you.

  Get a Dusk Stone item. You can find one in the Cerulean Cave on Route 17 in the Kanto region, or you can win one by coming first in the Bug Catching Contest at the National Park in Johto.

  Open the list of your traveling Pokemon, select Murkrow and then select the "Give" option.

  Give Murkrow the Dusk Stone from the "Items" pocket of your bag.

  Select the "Use" option when Murkrow has the Dusk Stone; it will immediately evolve into Honchkrow.
