How to Get a Square Sound Bubble in the DSi

The Nintendo DSi was released worldwide by Nintendo between 2008 and 2009. The DSi offered numerous features that its previous versions did not. Among them includes the sound recorder, which allows you to use the embedded microphone and record sound clips up to 30 seconds. Each sound clip that is recorded appears as a sound bubble in a grid of saved clips. Recording a sound takes only a few seconds to complete.

Instructions

      Turn on your DSi.

      Navigate to "Nintendo DSi Sound." Press "A."

      Tap "Record and edit a sound."

    • 4

      Tap the square sound bubble you want to record on.

    • 5

      Tap "Record" and record your sound.

    • 6

      Tap "Stop" when you are finished.
