Togetic is a flying and normal-type Pokémon that responds strongly to kindness and affection. They can learn many of the same abilities as other Pokémon of their type, including Rain Dance, Hyper Beam, Sunny Day, Baton Pass and Double-Edge. If you want to make your Togetic even more powerful, you can evolve it into its final form, Togekiss. Togekiss is one of very few Pokémon that can learn the Sky-Attack and Aura Sphere abilities, which are usually reserved for legendary creatures.

     Locate a Shiny Stone. You can get one from talking to Bird Keeper Josh, visiting the Pokéathlon Dome on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday, or by taking first place in the Bug-Catching contest.

     Visit a nearby Pokécenter and speak with the girl at the main counter.

     Select your Bag, then choose the Shiny Stone item.

   • 4

     Select Togetic from your battle party and hit the A button to confirm. He will evolve once the stone has been applied.
