How to Catch Animals in a Small Trap in Lost in Blue 2

In "Lost in Blue 2," you and your companion are lost on a lush, tropical island. The island offers many resources that will help you stay alive, if you know where to find them. One of the most important items you need is food. While catching fish is fairly simple, creatures on land are better at escaping from you during a hunt. Use a small trap to improve your odds while hunting for such animals as lizards, crabs and chickens.

Instructions

  Open your inventory and combine a basket and a twig to make a small trap. Make several traps, if possible, to increase your chances of catching an animal.

  Go to the area where you want to place the trap. Place traps on almost any flat surface, such as in the grassland, on the beach or in the jungle.

  Select the small trap from your inventory when you are standing where you want to set it. Tap on the trap periodically to check it. If an animal is inside, you will hear movement and see the trap shake.

  Tap the trap again while checking it to lift it. The animal tries to flee, so tap on it quickly to catch it. Drag the animal to your pouch to add it to your inventory. The trap lasts for several days, so check it for animals often.
