How to Get 1,000,000 Bells in ACWW

Without bells, you will not be able to access all areas and features of game play in "Animal Crossing: Wild World." You need bells, the game's currency, in order to upgrade your home, buy items for your house and to give your character a makeover. Fortunately, making bells in "Animal Crossing: Wild World" isn't too difficult. In fact, some characters are able to make their fortune after only one or two months of effort.

Instructions

    • 1

Get foreign fruit from your animal neighbors or any of your friends who have "Animal Crossing: Wild World." Instead of selling the fruit, dig holes and plant all the fruit. The saplings will grow into trees, which will bear three pieces of the foreign fruit every three days. Sell the fruit to Tom Nook at 500 bells each.

    • 2

Buy a fishing rod from Tom Nook's store. The fishing rod won't always be for sale, so you may have to revisit his shop multiple times. Equip the fishing rod and go to any body of water. Capture fish and sell them to Tom Nook.

    • 3

Purchase white turnips from Joan every Sunday morning. Write down the price you paid per turnip. Visit Tom Nook's store from Monday to Saturday. Sell all the turnips when he offers you a price that is higher than the amount you paid. You must sell all turnips by Saturday, or they will rot the following day.

    • 4

Pay Joan 1,000 bells for one packet of red turnip seeds. Plant the red turnip seed and water it every single day. Each day you water it, the turnip should increase in size. On Saturday, dig up the red turnip and sell it to Tom Nook for 16,000 bells.

    • 5

Use a shovel or axe to hit every single gray rock in town. If a rock turns red after you hit it, continue slamming the rock with your tool. Each time you hit it, money bags will pop up. If you slam the rock quickly, you will receive 8,500 bells worth of money bags.
