How to Get Celebi in Platinum Without Events

Celebi is a Psychic and Grass-type Pokemon and is considered to be one of the Legendary Pokemon. As Celebi is not normally available for you to catch in "Pokemon Platinum," you will need an Action Replay device to obtain it. With the Action Replay, you simply input a code. With this code, you can travel to Oreburg City and receive a Celebi from the mining museum. Be aware that this Celebi will not be eligible to be entered into official Pokemon tournaments because it was obtained through an Action Replay.

     Place the copy of "Pokemon Platinum" into the Action Replay and insert the Action replay into the Nintendo DS. Turn the system on.

     Insert the code "94000130 fcff0000, B2101d40 00000000, 10000f28 000000fb, D2000000 00000000" at the Action Replay cheat screen. Press start.

     Select your game file and start the game. Make your way to Oreburg City. Make sure you have an empty slot in your party.

     Go to the Mining Museum and talk to the curator. He will give you a Celebi.
