How to Use the Poke Modifier

It never changes in Pokemon games that you "Gotta Catch 'Em All." Most Pokemon can be captured by wandering in the wilderness, but some Pokemon can only be caught by going through little-known processes or by attending real life events. For those players who want these special or rare Pokemon, one option is using the Wild Pokemon Modifier, sometimes called the Poke Modifier. Using the Poke Modifier with an Action Replay DSi can force any Pokemon to instantly attack you as a Wild Pokemon.

Instructions

  Enter the Poke Modifier code into the Action Replay DSi. The code is:

  Find the National Pokedex number of the Pokemon desired. There are two ways to find a Pokemon's Pokedex number. Look the number up online or acquire the National Pokedex in-game and look it up there.

  Press down the "R" and "L" buttons on the DSi.

  Find the Master Balls in the inventory.

  Throw away any extra Master Balls. The number of Master Balls must equal the number of Pokemon desired to capture.

  Close the inventory then hold down the "L" button.

  Capture the Wild Pokemon that immediately attacks.
