How to Get a Flipnote Friend

Flipnote is animation software that runs on Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL systems. The program can be downloaded in the Nintendo DSi shop. Once you share a Flipnote with someone, that person automatically becomes your Flipnote friend. The process of sharing a Flipnote is simple.

      Go to the Nintendo DSi menu, and select Flipnote Studio from the menu's options. A screen displaying two options will appear.

      Select either System Memory or SD card as your option. Base your selection on where Flipnote is saved. After you make your selection, a list of Flipnotes will display.

      Select the Flipnote you want to share, and select "Details," which will pop up on your computer's screen.

      Click on "Send" and then "Agree" in order to continue the process. A new window will appear.

      Select "Find Recipient" in the new window. Nearby systems will display. Choose the person with whom you want to share the Flipnote. The recipient will become your Flipnote friend.
