How to Get Dig in Pokemon

TMs, or technical machines, are in every "Pokemon" game. In the 2011 versions "Pokemon Black" and "Pokemon White," TM28, Dig, allows a Pokemon to burrow underground for the duration of its turn. Any attacks used against the Pokemon using the dig trick will fail. On the next turn, the Pokemon will reappear and deal damage to its opponent. Dig can be taught to any ground-type Pokemon. Dig is found on Route 4, but only after you have beaten the third gym.

Instructions

  Travel to Route 4, north of Castelia City.

  Follow the road north until you reach the intersection containing paths to the north and west.

  Follow the west road until it ends.

  Enter the house at the end of the road.

  Speak to the miner on the right side of the house, facing the desk. He will give you TM28, Dig.
- 6
  Press "Y" and select "Bag." Select the "TMs &HMs" slot and select "Dig" to teach it to a Pokemon. Any Pokemon that can learn this move will have "Able" next to its name.
