How to Get a Stored Fossil on Fossil Fighters

"Fossil Fighters" for the Nintendo DS has players collect and clean dinosaur fossils, then use the dinosaurs in battle. Players can put the dinosaur fossils they find into storage for future use. To acquire a stored fossil, a player must first receive a storage case and learn how to find fossils. Storage cases vary in size and hold different amounts of fossils. The size of the case does not change how the fossils are stored.

  Meet with Bea Guinner at the beginning of chapter one. She explains how to dig for fossils with the sonar system.

  Find three fossils in the tutorial. Use the sonar to determine where to dig at dig sites. When the sonar's red light flashes and pings rapidly, a fossil is near. Dig around that spot until you find the fossil.

  Take the beginner's fossil case that Bella will offer you after you complete the tutorial The beginner's case holds eight fossils at a time.

  Hunt for fossils during game play using the sonar system. Any fossil located this way will automatically go into storage.
