How to Go to the Magnet Train in SoulSilver

The magnet train in Pokemon Soul Silver is a travel method revealed late in the game. The magnet train transports players from Goldenrod City in the Johto region to Saffron City in the Kanto region.

Instructions

      Open the town map. This can be done by pressing Start, Bag, Key Items, Town Map.

      Determine a path to either Goldenrod City or Saffron City. You will only see one of these cities on the map depending on if you are in the Johto or Kanto region.

      Follow the path you determined. The magnet train station is in the northeast of Goldenrod City and in the southeast of Saffron City.
