How to Get Celebi Without Wi-Fi on Pokemon Heart Gold

Celebi is one of the legendary Pokemon you can catch in "Pokemon HeartGold" for the Nintendo DS system. Unfortunately, the only way to officially catch Celebii is through Wi-Fi. You will need to access the "Wi-Fi Mystery Gift" option in order to download a special ticket to catch Celebii. Thanks to hacking devices such as Action Replay, however, you can place a Celebii directly into your game file with the correct code.

  Insert the Action Replay into your Nintendo DS. Place your copy of Heart Gold into the Action Replay and turn the Nintendo DS system on normally by switching the power button to the "ON" position.

  Press "Start" to enter the cheat and begin the game normally.

  Continue your game file by selecting it from the title screen.

  Press the "L" and "R" buttons simultaneously.

  Go to the nearest Pokemon Center and go to the PC in the upper-right corner of the room. Select "Withdraw Pokemon" and go to "Box 1." Celebi will be in Box 1.
