How to Connect Your DSi to Your Computer

Nintendo's DSi handheld gaming device supports wireless network connections, like the kind found in coffee shops or other public places. If you have a wireless network connection in your home, you connect your DSi to your home computer in a couple of seconds. You just need to add your Nintendo DSi to your home network to allow both devices to communicate with one another.

      Turn on your Nintendo DSi.

      Select "System Settings."

      Choose "Internet" and "Connection Settings."

      Select "None." Select "Search for an Access Point."

      Select the name of the wireless network that your computer is using. If you have protected the network, enter the password into your DSi. Your Nintendo DSi will be connected to the same network that your computer is, thus connecting the two devices together via wireless technology.
