How to Get All of the Tickets in Pokemon Pearl

Find the salesman wearing purple in the center of town. He will offer you a PokeTech if you can find three clowns and get three tickets.

Walk to the right, and you'll see a clown dressed in yellow. He will ask you if Pokemon grow by defeating others and gaining experience points. Answer yes, and he will give you one ticket.

Head west until you reach a fountain. From there, walk north to the front of the Jubilife TV Station, where you'll find clown number two. He'll ask you if Pokemon have types. Answer yes, and you'll get a second ticket.

Go right, and you'll see a tall building right next to the TV Station. This building is the PokeTech Company. The final clown blocks the door and will ask you if Pokemon can hold an item. Answer yes, and you'll earn your last ticket.

Return to the salesman and give him the three tickets. He will present you with a PokeTech, which will appear on the lower screen of the DS. When you first receive it, it will be loaded with four apps: a clock, a calculator, a pedometer and a Pokemon status screen. As you progress through the game, you will unlock more apps and your PokeTech will be able to do more.
