How to Get to Draco Meteor in SoulSilver

In "Pokemon SoulSilver," dragons are one of the most powerful types of Pokemon. Virtually all dragons are physically strong and capable of standing up to the harshest attacks. By teaching your dragon-type Pokemon the Draco Meteor move, you're able to make it even stronger. Draco Meteor is an extremely powerful move, with a base attack power of 140. Most attacks that are this strong are fairly inaccurate, but this attack has a 90% accuracy rate. Such a move seldom fails to destroy your foes.

  Go to Blackthorn City. Enter the Pokemon Center and walk to the computer inside.

  Open the "Withdraw Pokemon" box. Select the dragon-type Pokemon you want to learn the Draco Meteor move. Place the Pokemon in the first slot of your party. If you want the legendary Pokemon Arceus to learn the move, he must hold the Draco Plate item.

  Exit the Pokemon Center. Walk to the left and enter the last house on the street. Speak to the woman in the middle-right position of the row of people.

  Say "Yes" when the woman asks if you want a Pokemon to learn Draco Meteor. Select the desired Pokemon. If that Pokemon already knows four moves, pick one to be deleted to make room for Draco Meteor.
