"Kirby Canvas Curse"
In "Kirby Canvas Curse," Kirby's legs have disappeared due to a sinister curse. Kirby must travel through eight different worlds to find the foe responsible and reverse the curse. But without his legs, traveling is difficult. That's why it's up to you to guide Kirby with the DS stylus. Using the stylus, players draw rainbow-colored paths on the screen, which Kirby faithfully follows. You're able to help Kirby perform long jumps by drawing ramps, or you can build a ladder to assist him in reaching a collectible bronze coin. Thinking quickly about where to draw your next line is what makes this game so entertaining.
"Elite Beat Agents"
Even if you don't think you have any rhythm, you'll change your mind after playing "Elite Beat Agents." In this game, you play as a team of musical agents that solve global problems with song and dance. Although the game's premise is unusual and quirky, it's also addictive. You use the stylus to tap colored and numbered "beats" that appear on the screen in time with the music. Some songs are fast and hard to follow, but successfully completing them provides satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment.
"Trauma Center: Under the Knife"
If you have ever wanted to be a surgeon, but didn't want to spend a lot of time and money attending medical school, "Trauma Center: Under the Knife" is the game for you. In the game, you play as the talented Dr. Stiles, who possesses a "Healing Touch" that lets him slow down time to save lives. With the stylus, you select the appropriate medical tool for the situation, then get to work operating carefully on the patient. You'll use the stylus to remove tumors, inject medicine, stitch up wounds and apply bandages in a variety of progressively more difficult scenarios.
"WarioWare: Touched!"
"WarioWare: Touched!" is the ideal game when you don't have a lot of time to sit down and play. The game is comprised of dozens of mini-games in several categories. In each game, you use the stylus to complete a task as quickly as possible. Most of the games last only a few seconds each, forcing you to act fast. One error, though, ends the game and costs you a life. When you're not using the stylus to complete games, you'll be using the DS microphone instead. For instance, one game tasks you with blowing into the microphone to blow away a pile of leaves.
