How to Go to Sinnoh in SoulSilver

In "Pokémon SoulSilver," you can only travel through Kanto and Johto; you cannot visit Sinnoh, which is exclusive to the "Diamond," "Pearl" and "Platinum" versions of the Pokémon series of games. You can, however, catch nine different Sinnoh region Pokémon in "SoulSilver." These nine Pokémon are the fighting/psychic-type Meditite, the normal-type Bidoof, the electric-type Shinx, the grass/poison-type Budew, the water-type Buizel, the psychic-type Chingling, the steel/psychic-type Bronzor, the normal/flying-type Chatot and the grass-type Carnivine.
