How to Get the Bow & Arrow in Zelda: Spirit Tracks

The Bow and Arrow in "The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks" is a useful weapon that allows you to shoot distant enemies, along with triggers for locked doors and treasure chests. You won't be able to earn this item until you defeat the mini boss in the Fire Temple, which isn't accessible until you're more than halfway through the storyline. While there are other weapons that can help you deal with enemies at a distance, the Bow and Arrow has the most precise aiming system.

Instructions

- 1
  Play through the Fire Temple level until you reach the mini-boss called Heatoise. Hit Heatoise on its head when it first appears to cause it to go back into its shell. It will then try to slide at you while protected in its shell.

  Stand in front of one of the electric wall wasps that are on two of the walls. Jump out of the way to cause the Heatoise to miss you and crash into the electricity, which will cause it to come out of its shell again. Hit him on the head when this happens.

  Continue hitting the Heatoise on the head and luring him into the electric parts of the walls until he is defeated. A treasure chest will appear in the center of the room. Open this treasure chest to get the Bow and Arrow.
