How to Get Rid of Bad Eggs in Pokemon Platinum

Getting a bad egg in "Pokemon Platinum" is a troublesome problem. A bad egg occurs as a result of hacking the game. In order to rid yourself of this problem, you will have to abandon your game and restart, as the bad egg will eventually corrupt your data.

Instructions

    • 1

      Transfer all of your quality Pokemon to a friend through trade or using the GTS.

      Delete the saved game file with the bad egg.

      Start a new Pokemon Platinum game on your system.

    • 4

      Transfer back all of the Pokemon you traded away for safe keeping. Your bad egg will no longer be on your system.
